Building Up My Mac Palette

One thing I’ve been wanting to own for years now probably is my own Mac palette. If you read my blog or follow my Instagram you might know that Mac Cosmetics is probably my favorite makeup brand if I had to choose (though that almost seems impossible). I’m obsessed with lots of different makeup brands but it’s Mac that was my first more high-end brand that I’ve tried and it’s the one brand that really started my makeup obsession and kind of got me into the world of makeup, so I think that’s why it’s so special to me.

IMG_8276

Now while I have quite the big Mac lipstick collection I don’t really own a lot of their eyeshadows although I’ve really been wanting to build my own palette for a long time now. I’ve recently mentioned that I’m working on the weekends now and I got my first pay check paid into my bank account the other day, which was quite the moment for me to be honest. It’s definitely nice to have some extra money to spend and it feels even better to know I’ve earned it myself. So my dad told me I should go and buy something special before starting to save up. I thought about what I might like and thought why not finally start building up that Mac palette I’ve been dreaming of? So I went online and ordered one of their Pro Palettes. Now I haven’t purchased one of the inlays yet as I’m not quite sure if I want one. I think they do make the palettes look more neat but then again I can’t fit in as many eyeshadow. So I’m still debating on that. Along with the palette I ordered 5 eyeshadows after watching tons of Mac eyeshadow must-have videos on YouTube.

IMG_8279

I already owned 4 regular eyeshadows by Mac before, a limited edition one and two of the new extra dimension eyeshadows, so I depotted my regular Mac ones and put them into my palette as well. And today I thought why not show you the colors I purchased and then maybe I can do some updates once my palette is filled up more.

IMG_8278

Now I’m going to start in the left top corner and work my way done just letting you know what shades I’m owning with a quick description followed by swatches of course.

Shroom

Shroom was my first ever Mac eyeshadow and as you can see it’s also my most used one. It’s a gorgeous shimmery shade, which I mostly use as a brow bone highlight.

Naked Lunch

I think Naked Lunch is a gorgeous light pinky champagne color. I love to use this one all over my lid.

All That Glitters

This one is quite the popular shade and I can definitely see why because it’s such a beautiful rose gold like shade. This is another one that I think looks stunning applied all across the lid.

Woodwinked

Woodwinked is another very popular shade and I absolutely love this one. It’s the most perfect bronzy gold.

Tempted

This one is my second Mac eyeshadow I ever bought and I love this one because it’s a gorgeous shimmery brown with a bit of gold glitter to it.

Espresso

Everyone needs a good matte brown, so I figured this shade would definitely come in handy. Especially for the crease.

Cranberry

Since I always hear everyone going on and on about how beautiful cranberry is for fall eye makeup looks and how it’s supposed to be especially flattering on blue eyes I finally caved in last year and bought it. And boy am I glad I did because it’s stunning and makes my blue eyes really stand out.

Green Smoke

My grandma actually bought this color for me a while back and why I’m not sure I would’ve picked it out for myself I do actually really like it. As the name suggests it’s like a muddy smoky green, that’s nice for a bit of a different smoky eye.

Satin Taupe

This is probably the one Mac eyeshadow everyone seems to own, so obviously I needed to buy it. After trying it out a few times now I can definitely see why as it’s incredibly beautiful.

IMG_8282

(Swatches from left to right: Shroom, Naked Lunch, All That Glitters, Woodwinked, Tempted, Espresso, Cranberry, Green Smoke, Satin Taupe)

Although Shroom and Naked Lunch don’t seem to really show up here on this swatch they definitely do on my eyes.

So these are the shades that I currently have in my Mac palette and I’m very much looking forward to getting more. I’m always looking for good recommendations, so please do let me know your must haves!

Much love,

Sophie

November Favorites

Who else can’t believe it’s basically December? I definitely can’t! November pretty much flew by but I’m so excited for December. It’s always one of my favorite months. I just love counting down the days to Christmas, decorate everything all festive and go Christmas shopping for my loved ones. It’s just the best time of the year, isn’t it?

But let’s go back to November. It’s been a pretty great month and I definitely have a little list of products I’ve been loving/using the most this month! Let’s get right into it, shall we?

IMG_1110

Today I’m going to start with some face products. Two of my favorite blushes this month have been my Gosh Natural Blush in 42 Watermelon and my Makeup Revolution Blushing Hearts blush in Peachy Keen. The Gosh one is more of a matte peachy blush and looks absolutely gorgeous for an every day look. The Makeup Revolution one actually offers three shimmery shades ranging from a golden peach to more of a soft pink but all shades are gorgeous. Basically these two blushes are almost the only ones I’ve been using all throughout this month as I’ve loved them so much. One product I’ve mentioned quite a lot on my blog before is the Kiko Golden Gamer Sculpting Bronzer but I just really enjoy using this product as it’s so good and I think I’ve used this almost every day of November, so I just had to include it in my favorites. I’ve written a full review blog post on it in case you want to read more.

IMG_1116

Next up is this amazing palette. It’s the Makeup Revolution 32 Eyeshadows Flawless palette and I’ve used this nearly every day ever since I received it. It’s so affordable, the eyeshadows are amazing and it’s up there with my favorite palettes at the moment. Just look at these stunning shades! I can’t wait to blog some Holiday Make Up looks with this palette.

IMG_1118

Another eye product I’ve been loving this month is my Mac Pigment in the shade Mauvement. I got this a couple of years ago as part of the Mac Tartan collection and it’s been somewhere in the back of my make up drawers until I rediscovered it this month. Mauvement is a gorgeous bronzed taupe kind of shade and I can’t believe I haven’t used it in so long as it is absolutely gorgeous.
The only lip product I’m including in this month’s favorites post is the Essence XXXL lip gloss in the shade soft nude. The color is an amazing brownish nude that is more on the darker side and I really like that this gloss comes with a matte effect!

IMG_1120

Last but not least here are two mascaras I’ve been loving lately! I received the Born Pretty Store mascara very recently but have been quite blown away by its great performance. It makes my lashes incredibly long and the design is the coolest I’ve ever seen. One mascara I’ve rediscovered in November is my Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-Wear Mascara! I got this a little while back and somehow forgot about this as I have a ridiculous amount of mascaras. However I found this in one of my make up bags in the beginning of the month and have been using it a lot as it defines my lashes so well!

IMG_1123

And now we’ve already come to an end. Which products have you been liking/using the most in November?

Thanks for reading!

Finding The One (Product)

Hey lovelies!

Today is going to be a bit of a different post but still beauty related. I think for most girls or at least those who are interested in/wear make up it is almost like a life goal to find that one perfect product in, let’s say each beauty category. Now I mean we all want to find that one perfect foundation that will make our face look absolutely flawless or that one amazing mascara that will gives us voluminous long lashes that reach up to the sky. You get the idea, right?

Obviously I can’t speak for everyone but I think there are quite a lot of girls that are probably the same way. Always on the hunt for that one perfect product! The list of mascaras and foundations I’ve tried is quite long. Some have gotten pretty close and others have been an absolute fail. But that’s okay. It’s good to eliminate products as well and trying out different things definitely teaches you a lot. When I first got into make up there weren’t loads of different YouTubers and bloggers to learn from. Or at least it wasn’t that known and when I was 14 (5 long years ago) I hardly spent much time on the Internet to be honest. So when I first started playing around with make up I never even imagined to go on Google and read a review. Yep, that’s how things have changed over time. What I mean is that I had to go through all these products and couldn’t just pass one by because I read a bad reviews about it. I bought most of them based on whether the packaging was pretty or not.

In those 5 years that I’ve been into make up I’ve tried quite the amount of products and some I absolutely loved yet I don’t know if it’s just me but I always have the hope of finding something even better. Especially nowadays because my make up options have grown so much. When I was 14/15 I never would have thought I’d ever spend 50€ on an eyeshadow palette  or 45€ on a blush. I would only buy drugstore brands like Maybelline or Essence and I didn’t even really know about the whole world of high end make up.

But one day my mom took me into a MAC store because I was even paler when I was younger and I could hardly ever find a powder in the drugstore that didn’t make me look all weird and orangy. When I walked into that Mac store for the first time and saw all those pretty shiny products I thought I was in absolute make up heaven. The lady recommended me their Mineralize Skinfinish powder in the lightest shade and I loved it. It hardly felt like I was wearing any make up and yet it made my skin look so perfect. I remember her only putting on moisturiser and a bit of the powder ( I was only 15 so didn’t need all that much).

I’ve used that Mac powder for the longest time. Probably for 4 years but the price kept going up over time and when I became a student and moved and suddenly had the responsibility for everything myself and had to buy my own food and stuff I tried looking for alternatives. I’ve tried out so many different setting powders in the last couple of months and some I even really liked but still I couldn’t find the one that gave me that natural flawless finish my old powder gave me. About a week ago I made myself face the fact that my Mac powder was just the best one for me personally.

As you may have guessed it I went back to Mac and I know this powder isn’t for everyone. We all have different skin so what works for one person might not work for someone else but this powder just really works for me. It’s that one product I know that won’t fail me so whenever I need or want to look my best I can use it because it will do what I expect it to.

My mom made fun of me for getting so excited when it arrived because for her it’s just another powder but I couldn’t wait because it’s that one products that makes my skin look best and makes me feel best about my skin. I guess it’s my holy grail powder.

So do you have any product that just always makes you feel better about yourself? That one product you just keep going back to and you just can’t seem to find anything better?

Nars Taos Blush – Only Suitable For Darker Skin?

SAMSUNG CSC

Nars is quite famous for their amazing and highly pigmented blushes. Today I will be giving a little review of their blush in the shade Taos, which quickly made it into my top blusher after I bought it. Taos is described as a “desert rose with shimmer” and a lot of reviews say that it is probably more suitable for medium to darker skin tones because of its very very high pigmentation. I am definitely more on the pale side when it comes to skin tones, however, I don’ think this will make you look like a clown if you are pale. You just have to be a little light handed when you apply it and if you put a bit more effort into it this can still look just as stunning on lighter skin tones.

SAMSUNG CSC SAMSUNG CSC

But let’s start at the beginning. I would agree that this blush is a rose shade but more of a darker one. It is a bit similar to the Nars shade torrid but definitely more red. It has a beautiful golden shimmer to it that makes your skin glow and emphasise your cheekbones without emphasising any pores, which is something I really like! The texture is extremely silky and soft, which is perfect for blending it out. It sits so well on the skin and it lasts me all day without having to touch it up, which is something I hardly ever say about a blush. I think it lasts this long on me because I do have pretty light skin so if your skin is medium to dark skin it probably won’t last as long but I’ve read in other reviews that it lasted girls with darker complexions about 9 to 10 hours until it started to fade, which is still quite impressive. Of course I have swatted it for you guys. One is a regular swatch and the other one is how it looks blended out on the skin.

SAMSUNG CSC

However this is highly pigmented, so a little really does go a long way and you need quite a light hand when you apply it.  I do agree that this is a blush that looks stunning on medium to dark skin but I think you can still make it work on paler skin and it can give you a subtle natural flush. I’ve tried to take pictures of how it looks on my skin and I hope my camera picked it up well enough to see. I never go really overboard on blushes because I prefer to keep it more natural. Basically I just use a tiny amount, which is all you need really, and apply in on the apple of my checks to give me that natural flushed look.

Have you ever tried this shade? What are your thoughts on it?

July Favorites

Can you believe? Another month has already gone by. It feels like 2014 is flying by. Okay, 2014! You need to slow down a bit. It’s Christmas in 5 months, people! 5 freaking months! Wasn’t it just Christmas yesterday?

Well, July has come to an end meaning it’s time for a July favourites posts, so here’s what I’ve been loving this month.

SAMSUNG CSC

Let’s start with skin care because I’ve been making a few minor changes in my skin care routine this month. I used to mainly use products from the Body Shop Tea Tree range because my skin hasn’t been looking it’s best throughout the month of June but because it improved a lot towards the end of it I decided to switch to the Aloe range by the Body Shop because it’s especially made for sensitive skin and since my skin is pretty sensitive I wanted to give it a go. I’ve actually already tried out the face mask I’m featuring in this post before and I have  written a review about it but I’ve been using it so much this month it was only fitting to include it in here. Because I enjoyed using this face mask so much I decided to try their gentle face wash and I can tell you it did not let me down. Definitely one of my favorites this month! I’ve used it every day.

SAMSUNG CSC

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 15

This might be my new favorite concealer. I bought this in the very end of June and have pretty much used it every day since. Need I say more?

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation 2N1 Desert Beige

I’ve included this lovely foundation in a haul post in the very beginning of July. Probably somewhere around the 3rd or 4th. I’ve heard a lot of bloggers rave about this foundation, which made me very curious to try it, so when it was 30% off at a local make up store near my parent’s house I used the opportunity to finally give it a go. I’ve used it a lot this month because it gives amazing coverage but still feels nice on the skin. It’s so long-lasting and makes my skin look incredible. I can definitely say I’m glad I gave in and got it.

SAMSUNG CSC

Rimmel London 930 Bronze Goddess

I know I’ve only just written a review about this yesterday and now it’s being featured again in my monthly favorites but I’ve used this a lot in July, so it gets a well deserved place in this post. If you want a full review of this gorgeous lipstick check out my last post.

Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub

I’m a lipstick lover but even the most stunning lipstick looks bad on dry lips, which is why lip care is so important. This is my absolute favorite lip scrub because it’s mint flavored. I’m a huge fan of all things mint. I love the smell of mint, I love the flavor, the taste of it and I love love love the color mint green. See why I love this so much? It’s smells amazing and makes my lips so incredibly soft.

SAMSUNG CSC

The Body Shop Honey Bronzer in 01

Yes, I know. I’ve included this post in my April or May favorites already, I believe, but it’s the only bronzer I like. I’ve tried others but they tend to be too dark for me and make me look all muddy and just not good. With this bronzer I’ve finally found one that does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Mac Minerlaize Skinfinish Soft &Gentle

This might be one of my favorite products of all time. It’s so freaking beautiful! I got this a while ago and I seriously can’t believe I haven’t used it more. It’s just so pretty. It’s definitely my new favorite highlighter whether I want to add some shimmer to my cheekbones or my brow bones it looks amazing on both. It’s a little pricey, but so worth the money. Plus it’s gonna go a long way.

SAMSUNG CSC

Rimmel London 60 Seconds 220 Sage All The Rage

I have to admit this isn’t the most fitting color for summer but somehow I really liked it and decided to paint my toe nails this color in mid July and kept it on there for the rest of July. It’s kind of a muddy green but I think it looks great with a white dress or black and gold sandals. I don’t even know why.

The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Solid Perfume

I’ve seen these little guys every time I went into a Body Shop store (which is quite often) and every single time I thought about getting one. I’ve never tried solid perfume before but it sounded really interesting and I adore the heart shaped packaging. One day in early July I picked one up and I’ve almost used it every single day since. This smells incredible and because it’s so tiny it fits in every purse, so you can carry it with you wherever go. Pretty darn amazing, right?

Essence Get Big! Lashes Mascara

Another product I’ve just very recently written a review about. Although this isn’t one of my top mascaras I think it’s perfect for every day use as it is so affordable and gives you long well defined lashes without being too dramatic.

SAMSUNG CSC

Alright! These are all the products I’ve been loving this month. Actually not all of them. There have been a lot more but these are definitely the ones I’ve used the most.

Which products have you been loving most this month?

A Perfect Summer Red: Mac’s Relentlessly Red

SAMSUNG CSC

I’m a massive lipstick lover and a firm believer, that you can pull off almost every lipstick shade all year around depending on how you do it. Still I know a lot of people like to change their lipsticks as the seasons pass. Dark red shades are usually more worn in winter and pink and other bright shades such as coral are loved in summer. But still who says you can’t wear red out on a nice summer’s day? Especially if it’s the perfect summer red and I think I’ve found my perfect summer’s day red in Mac’s Relentlessly Red.

SAMSUNG CSC SAMSUNG CSC

Relentlessly Red is describes as a “bright pinkish coral matte”, which is a pretty good description of the color. It is as a medium-dark, very bright coral-red with pinky undertones. The name of the lipstick might be a bit misleading though because it is definitely not a classic red shade. In my opinion it is more of a summer version of a red lipstick and it would probably look very good with tan skin. I have a bit of a tan on my arm but other than that I’m still pretty pale. Nevertheless it looks good on pale skin as well but I do think it is a color, that would really compliment a tan. Here’s a swatch for you guys!

SAMSUNG CSC

As beautiful as this color is keep in mind, that this is a retro matte lipstick, meaning that you will need to moisturise your lips a lot better before applying this. Otherwise it will cling to every little dry patch and your lips won’t be fabulous summer lips but stained and dry. If you prep your lips with a good lip balm or moisturiser you won’t run into any problems. The lipstick itself is quite long lasting, so you don’t have to re-apply it too often. It will probably last you up to 7 hours. Lastly I have a picture for you on how it looks on the lips. Please excuse the quality though. My camera decided to be an a** today  and kept making my pictures blurry and then the battery died, so I had to use my iPod.

IMG_3669 IMG_3670

If you’re looking for a bright summer lip with a matte finish this is the lipstick you should go for!

Do you wear red lipstick in the summer? Or do you only take them out for a night out and winter time?

What’s In My Travel Beauty Bag? (Part 1)

SAMSUNG CSC SAMSUNG CSC

The one part I hate about traveling the most is packing! I always overpack and barely make use of half of the things I pack. Hence this time I wanted it to be different. I’m going to fly to Chicago and might suitcase can only weigh 23kg. One of the heaviest things usually aren’t the clothes you pack but the cosmetic products you bring. Since I want to do a lot of shopping in the US I really wanted to pack lightly, so my solution for not packing to many beauty products was buying minis.

SAMSUNG CSC

Hair & Body

For my hair I bought Guhl’s Blonde shampoo and for my body I got I love’s… lemonade days shower gel. When picking up those two cuties I also spotted a mini body lotion from I love… I got the Ginger Mornings one and it smells amazing.

SAMSUNG CSC

Face

Unfortunately I can’t pack all of my skin care products and I won’t be having any time to do my entire routine anyways, so I opted for just brining my Body Shop Tee Tree Toner. I packed a bit of sun screen and a Nivea moisturiser as well.

SAMSUNG CSC

Others

I got a little mini deodorant spray, some mini toothpaste and a few perfume samples because I don’t want to bring an entire bottle of perfume as it is way to heavy.

So these are all of the essentials I’ll be needing for a 12 day trip to Chicago. (I’m spending 3 days up in the air anyway)

The Body Shop Strawberry Body Polish

image

image

For my 19th birthday my brother got me a bunch of products from the  Body Shop inlcuding this strawberry scented body polish. It’s pretty safe to say that this is my favorite out of the products he got me. It was included in this gift set box which included a bunch of other strawberry scented products and then my brother also got this body polish outisde of the gift set because the packaging looks a bit different and let’s face it my brother is a guy so he probably didn’t read the label. But the good thing is that even though I’ve already finished my first bottle half-way I still have another full bottle now.

image

The body polish itself looks and smells just like strawberry jam. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I know.
Instead of body scrub, which you should only use once a week you can actually use this daily. This body polish is supposed to gently exfoliate and cleanse your skin, which is exactly what it does. I just love love love the this product. It makes your skin so incredibly soft and it smells so incredibly good. The best part is that the smell really does linger on your skin for a while, especially if you use other produtcs from strawberry range along with the body polish.
The scrubbing particles it contains aren’t harsh on the skin at all and remove all dead skin. My skin is pretty sensitive, so I’m always a little worried before trying polishes or scrubs but this product didn’t irritate my skin at all, so it’s definitely suitable for sensitive.

I can only recommend this because it cleanses your skin so well and makes it so soft. And I seriously can’t get enough of its smell!

Have a great Thursday

The Body Shop Hair Chalk (Review & Hair Styles)

IMG_3347

Lately I keep seeing more and more people dying their hair all crazy kinds of colors and sometimes it really does look so cool.  I have to admit I’ve been picturing myself with maybe pastel pink hair in my head but I know I couldn’t go through with it. I have never ever ever ever dyed my hair in my entire life. No coloring, no highlighting. Nothing. My hair color is 100% natural and has been for the past 19 years of my life.

Still I’ve loved some of the looks I’ve seen on the internet, so when I got an email from the Body Shop (I got a customer card) that they are now offering blue and pink hair chalk (my fave colors apart from green. yaay)  a while back I pretty much went there right away and bought it. Due to exams and loads and loads of uni work I haven’t had time to properly try out my hair chalk but over the last week I finally had the chance to, so here’s my review and some of the looks I created.

IMG_2950

So this is what the hair chalk looks like. It pretty much looks like pressed powder in bright colors that comes in little round boxes. They were quite cheap and surprisingly easy to apply. But before you start coloring your hair make sure to place a towel around your neck, so the chalk doesn’t get all over your clothes. Now what you need is some kind of tissue or cotton pad. You just take a streak of your hair that you want color on and place the little hair chalk against that streak. Place the cotton pad on the other side and then just run through your hair with it. Apply it to any part of your hair that you want to apply it to and then add hairspray to set everything. Voila, you’re done. It really is that easy.

Does it last? If you set it with hairspray it does last the entire day though it starts fading eventually and once you wash your hair it’s all gone. I really like it, that it washes out so fast and easily.

Here are some looks I’ve created with it.

1. For the first look I just applied blue and pink to a few streaks of my hair and then put it all up in a bun over night. The next morning I had curly colorful hair.

IMG_3341 IMG_3342

2. If you don’t want it to be too extreme just put your hair up in a messy ponytail. I actually really love this because it brightens up a simple ponytail and I think this is such a cute style for summer.

IMG_3345

3. Do a regular braid. How cute does this look with the mixed colors?

IMG_3344

4. For this look I’ve just colored the lower half of my hair. Kinda like a dip- dye. Oh and this is my adorable dog Idgie btw.

IMG_3184

5. I’ve already included this look in my Captain America OOTD. So for this look all I did was add some blue hair chalk to random streaks of my hair and then I put my hair into a fishtail braid. On the other picture you can see how my hair looked after I undid my fishtail braid. Excuse the quality it was dark already and I took it with my iPod and I’m pretty much not wearing any make up, so please only pay attention to the hair. :D

IMG_3349 IMG_3348

So these are just a few looks I’ve created with my hair chalk over the last couple of day. In general I think hair chalk is a great option if you want to color up your hair for a day in a non permanent way. I’m pretty sure I’ll be using it a lot more this summer because I think especially the pink looks really good with my blonde hair.

Have you ever tried hair chalk? What do you think of my different looks?

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

One Random Haul

Hey everyone! I just finished my last exam  2 hours ago and I can now go back to a regular life schedule. YAY! Exams are just the most stressing thing for me, so I  cannot tell you how happy I am that it’s finally over. I get to have a social life again and actually some sleep. How awesome is that?

Anyway.. I didn’t write this to bore you with my busy student life. Just like most girls I always find an excuse to shop whether it’s because I passed an exam, failed one, I’m homesick or just see something I totally need. I always come up with an excuse, so of course during 2 weeks of exams I had to buy a few things to prevent me from going insane. Apart from that there’s a drugstore right next to the supermarket I like to go to for my grocery shopping, which makes it really hard to not buy something. And since I am guilty of buying quite a few things I though I’d do a little haul for you.

IMG_3073

Catrice Cosmetics Cover Stick & Concealer

IMG_3084

The concealer is, besides the Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder, the only thing I bought intentionally. I was looking for a new concealer and I recently posted about this brand I discovered and how much I loved their blush. You can read my review here. Since all of their products are so affordable I decided to give them ago, which is why most of the products featured in this haul are from Catrice Cosmetics.

Catrice Cosmetics Primer

IMG_3075

I ran all out of primer, so I went to get a new one. I was in a rush and didn’t pay much attention, so I ended up being a primer for color correcting. Luckily I don’t suffer much from redness, which is why I can’t get much use out of this product. I had to go back and get a different, one which I’ve been using for a week now and I totally love it.

Catrice Cosmetics Pool Party Eye Shadow Pallette

photo

How gorgeous are these colors? I’m in love. For those of you who’ve been reading my blog for a while, you might know how much I like the color green and especially mint green. I don’t really own a lot of green eyeshadows because my eyes are blue and I tend to use colors, that make my eyes stand out more but I couldn’t go past this beauty. I absolutely love the colors and you can create some really pretty make up looks with it.

Catrice Cosmetics Defining Blush Sunrose Avenue

IMG_3076

Since I loved their blush so much I got another one. This is like a brownish reddish kind of color. It’s really pretty and a very warm color.

Catrice Cosmetics Lipstick & Nail Polish Another PinkPanther (Limited Edition)

IMG_3088 IMG_3083

Catrice Cosmetics are currently having this line of spring beauty products, where these two cuties are from. I absolutely love the pastel pink shade. When I first tried out the lipstick I wasn’t to fond of it but the more I tried it out the more I liked it. The nail polish is just gorgeous. It’s a really girl color because it’s a very light pink but I love that it is very shimmery. I just think it’s perfect for spring.

IMG_3074

Obviously I didn’t get these in a drugstore but I just adore them so much I had to share them with you guys. I seriously cannot wait to wear these this summer. I have a feeling they’re gonna become one of my faves.

Hope you liked this post! Happy Friday!
