Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb

Hey lovelies!

I think I might have just found my new favorite perfume in the entire world. Ever since I received a little sample of this perfume I’ve been wanting to have it but at 60,95€ for 30ml it comes at quite a high price. Hence I put it on my birthday wish list and my generous grandparents got it for me.

The flacon is quite simple and elegant and though I do love cute flacons, like pretty much all of the Marc Jacobs perfumes, I don’t mind that it is so simple because this fragrances is amazing.

Now I’m going to try to describe the smell of it to you but I totally suck at describing perfumes, so here goes my try. The name Flowerbomb is quite fitting because the smell does hit you like a bomb. It’s like an explosion of flowery and really sweet scents. On websites is describes as a  luxurious, floral perfume with Sambac Jasmine, Centifolia Rose, Cattleya Orchid, Ballerina Freesia and Patchouli notes and I totally agree with that.  Apart from the flowery scent it does smell extremely sugary and sweet though. I prefer fragrances like that but I know not everyone does.

I seriously love it and I can’t stop smelling it. Even though it is very pricey it’s definitely worth the money because you don’t need to spray on much of it and it will still last almost all day as the scent is quite intense and lingers on your skin.

This is just perfect for spring and summer as it smells so sweet and flowery. I can’t get enough of it and I would recommend it to anyone who likes sugary, floral and sweet scents as it is a perfect combination of those.

Happy Monday!

– Sophie
